CUSTOM INTERIOR PAINTING We are experienced and professional painters and interior painting is one of our specialties! Adding color to a room really gives it that "finished" look and makes all your moulding and trim stand out. So many of the homes we repaint really need some color to accent all your furniture & accessories to give your home that "personal touch." We will take all the time you need to make sure the colors are perfect and you're very satisfied with the work. We also take extra care with your furniture covering it in new plastic and we leave the job CLEAN!
FAUX FINISHES I started doing faux finshing in 1992 and we are very good at the faux finishes and textures that we do. Very good at the "old-world" or "Tuscany" type finishes, Faux Suede leather, Venetian Plaster, Crackle, Metallics, Marblizing, Wood graining and grahics. I have some pictures posted in the Interiors Photo Gallery that show some of our faux finishing. I also have some of my customers that will let you come and look at the painting and faux finshes we did in their homes.
EXTERIOR Another one of our "specialties" and we are just as picky outside as we are inside. This is the area when you want to use the BEST quality paint because the paint is the ONLY thing protecting your house's painted surfaces from the elements. Painting the exterior of your home is one of the most important things you can do to protect the investment you have in your property.
EXTERIOR PAINTING PROCEDURES A good exterior paint job usually requires about 80% prep-work and 20% actual paining time. We pressure wash the house making sure all mildew is gone and all surfaces are cleaned. Prime, sand, caulk cracks and joints, fill holes and any other type of prep-work where needed to make sure house is ready for paint. We always recommend two coats of paint, especially if you've had any exterior home repairs. I have accounts with all the major paint brands. Your choice or my recommendation. You MAY not need a total repaint. See our available maintenence service below.
PAINT BRANDS SHERWIN-WILLIAMS, PPG, BENJAMIN MOORE, BEHR, PRATT&LAMBERT, ETC.
REPAIRING & REFINISHING We can restain or repaint your bath or kitchen cabinets,doors,woodwork and we also do some furniture refinshing.
DRYWALL REPAIRS Painting , instaling, or repairing drywall from water, mildew and any other type of damage are some of tho most common types of home repairs that we do.
C ARPENTER WORK Crown moulding and trim, Hardi-plank installation/repairs, rotten wood replacement, shelves, doors ,etc. We also do kitchen,bath and garage makeovers. Small remodeling jobs,roof repairs,decks and all types of carpenter work.
WALLPAPER REMOVAL Some wallpaer removal jobs can get very time consuming, some aren't so bad. If we determine you have a tough one to remove we can also prime and paint over it for less work and money.
TEXTURE We're very good all types of drywall repairs & texture matches.
PRESSURE WASHING We can do the entire house,windex windows,clean sidewalks,driveways,etc. and remove all mold and mildew.
DOOR REFINISHING Door refinshing on exterior or interior doors. Strip or sand old finish,then restain and varnish depending on the condition of your door. If your doors need more extensive repairs we can do that,too.
RESTAIN AND REBUILD DECKS Most decks require maintenence and if you take good care, your deck will last years longer.
YEARLY MAINTENENCE SERVICE Pressure wash and touch-up paint where needed. This will make your house look it's best for many yrs. and saves you money over time. We recommend you do this once every 1 to 3 yrs.
COMMERCIAL Interior & Exterior Painting, Metal bldgs., Offices, Retail, etc.
ROOF COATINGS We clean, repair metal roofs (new screws,patch holes,install new vents,skylights,etc.) and apply several different types of roof coatings available including Elastomerics, Direct-to-Metal, Fibred Aluminum and others.
